If you would like SpectrumData Recovery to provide you with a quotation for any of our hard disk, tape or other media recovery services, then please complete an Inspection & Evaluation Service Request Form or a Tape & Media Data Recovery Service Request Form below and send it to us along with your media for data recovery. Once received, we can ascertain the type of recovery your media will require and provide you with a more detailed formal quotation.
Please note that an up-front inspection fee of $88 incl. GST will apply for this initial Inspection & Evaluation. However should you proceed with the data recovery, 50% of this inspection fee will be credited against the final invoice. The inspection includes a detailed examination of the failed or damaged media by our data recovery engineers and will assess the viability of recovering data. A quotation detailing data recovery cost estimates will be provided where applicable and returned to you within 3 working days of receipt of your device.
We also offer a 24 Hour Priority Inspection Service for an up-front fee of $187 incl. GST, which is subject to availability. Please contact us to ensure that this option will be available for your recovery.
